Hi,I would like to create a voxel model with my IDF's for horizontal permeability. But when i'm in the 'map info' I can not click on the 'adjust', to insert a top and bottom. What do I need to do to create a voxel model?I have included the first five IDF's as an example.
I use imod version 4.4.
Kind regards,
Ylva Veldhuis
Edit:
Nevermind, version 4.2 works. It just does not work for version 4.2.

Dear Ylva,
Thank you for your Post with your question about the Voxel type.
In my role as moderator I like to move your post/Tread to another category in the forum.
It will be the category Home --> iMOD-GUI --> User Questions
We hope that these different categories help the community to find answers to their questions too.
Besides that I did some checks and will answer your question right away.
Kind regards,

Dear Ylva,
As you found out yourself, with other versions of iMOD it is possible to make an IDF into a Voxel IDF. We recommend you to use the new released iMOD5.0 version. To make sure also other issues are solved.
Perhaps you created the voxel IDF's already by hand. That's OK as long as you don't have to repeat this many times later on. In that case, let me suggest another option; use iMOD Batch for that. At the moment there is no Function yet to convert IDF into Voxels in one step. There is however a work-around, the Function CREATEIDF.
That function allows you to create IDF files from an ASC file and additionally, you can provide information on the TOP and BOTTOM elevation of the voxel to be created. Unfortunately, at this moment you first need to create ASC files (use function CREATEASC) with the elevation of the TOP in the file name (see chapter 8.2.8 of the iMOD manual).
Kind regards,
Frans Roelofsen
