Hi Caroline, We need some more information to reproduce your issue and see what causes your problem.
Do you start your model from the iMOD GUI or with the iMOD batch option?
If you use the batch option, please share your modelfiles with me (including the PRJ file) and we can run your model our self.
We can also arrange a video call where you share your screen so we can sit together.
Please let me know. Send an e-mail to frans.roelofsen@deltares.nl. There is a small chance that your model did not run correctly and did not write HEAD files at all. There are 2 checks you can do yourself:
1) iMOD uses Standard Modflow to run a model. Modflow2005 writes standard echo to a *.LIST file that is saved in your model folder. Go to the end of the file and see is Modflow ran correctly.
2) iMOD creates a RUN.BAT file to actually start the Modflow model. Without iMOD you can rerun your model with this RUN.BAT file: open a DOS / CMD window and run this script. Now Modflow will start and on your screen you might get some echo that explaines more. Kind regards,
Frans
