Compile Error - Cannot open input file deltares_common

When compiling tag 69179 I get two errors: one is "Cannot open input file 'deltares_common.lib' " and the other is "cannot open input file '..\data\lib\x64\Release\data.lib'"  I cannot find either one of these libraries and am at a loss of what to do next.  Has anyone else had a similar problem?
