Water level simulation with astronomic components are the same

Hi, first of all sorry if this is too obvious to ask.

I want to model water level using astronomic components for april and june of the same year for the open boundary, because I also want to simulate water level but using time series data for the same months (tide gauge data) in order to obtain the difference between both series which would be the meteorological tide. However, the results for both months, april and june, using the astronomic components are exactly the same so the highs and lows do not coincide with the results simulated with the time series data. I did two simulations with the astronomic components, one for each month. So, how do I make the model consider time for each month?

Then, I did just one simulation from april to june which obviously took more time. The results for april and june were different but the phase lag was not gone, even though it was reduced a little bit I can't use those results to obtain the meteorological tide. How do I solve this? Is it necessary to simulate the whole period in one simulation? What about if I want to simulate the same month for two different years? I will take a lot of computational time for that.

The astronomic components for both months were almost the same, there was no considerable difference.

Thanks!
