Error while trying to Start FM simulation with restart file ( _rst.nc)

Hello Everyone,
I am having some trouble while trying to start a FM flow simulation in delta shell, using "_rst.nc" file. Any help regarding this would be much appreciated.
My reference date is 20151211 (11-DEC-2015)
I ran a spin up simulation till 20160111 (11-JAN-2016)
My goal is to set set up a new FM run in delta shell starting 20160111 using the "_rst.nc" generated from the spin up run.
One thing I noticed was, the "_rst.nc" files generated from delta shell gui (1.0.3.32933) were different from the restart files I got while using the FM interface version 1.1.125.
In the FM interface version 1.1.125 I did not have trouble starting the simulation from a restart file.
I am attaching a restart file I got from the new delta shell (1.0.3.32933) just to make sure I am not doing anything wrong in generating the restart files, in delta shell(1.0.3.32933).
I had my user time step in the model set to 5min and my restart interval set to 24hrs(1140min) and I am hoping this would not cause any issues in writing the restart file as 1140 is a multiple of 5.
Attached figure shows the delta shell screen shot for this(RestarttimePNG).
In setting up the FM run in delta shell with the use of the restart file, I unzipped restart file saved in the output folder as "state_ModelName_Date.zip" and locate the " _nc.rst " files to the new folder location of the new FM model which I am trying to start using this restart file. In the MDU file it looks like as such:
[restart]
RestartFile = ModelName_Date_rst.nc # Restart file, only from netcdf-file, hence: either *_rst.nc or *_map.nc
RestartDateTime = # Restart time (YYYYMMDDHHMMSS), only relevant in case of restart from *_map.nc
One thing I was noticing is that, once I save this as a project, delta shell fills in the "RestartDateTime" in the [restrat] data block with a date "20161010".
I am not sure if this is a problem or not, but I keep getting an error while trying to start the FM model in Delta shell with the "_rst.nc" file.
The error message in delta shell is as follows:
15:31:06.2918 Remote process not available / terminated during call Update

**Update**
This is the error I am getting on the diagnostic file when trying to run with the restart file.
Should have taken a look at this earlier.
This is making me think that the problem might not be with the restart file but with the definition of the wind data input file.
If anyone could help me out with this I would really appreciate it.
Thank you very much, and all the help is very much appreciated.
This is the message from the Diagnostic file:

Dear Abdulla Mohamed,
There have been some new extension in the restart files in the new FM. So please try to generate your restart files using the new version of FM, and restart the simulation with it.
Please let us know if there is still any problems.
With kind regards,
Jing Zhao
