Problem with Binaries built in linux (Inconsistent MAP and HIS file times)

Hi,
I recently downloaded the Delft3D4 source code (tag 65936) and I modified build.sh to fit my system. I compiled with zlib, hdf5, netcdf-c, netcdf-fortran and mpich prepared, and it was built successfully. But when I ran the examples, I had no output and those warnings:
(*** WARNING File will not be created - Inconsistent MAP file times)
(*** WARNING File will not be created - Inconsistent HIS file times)
I created some input files (.mdf ...) with the latest GUI, and had no output.
I would like to know if I did something wrong or if it is a bug? (I attached screenshots and a diag file)
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Kind regards,
Nelio Sitoe
