Gpp doesnt work when running flow tutorial

Dear all, I'm not getting the right output and I don't know where is the problem, the mdf file, the compilation of D3D, GPP, something else. I installed D3D in a new laptop (I compiled it a couple of years ago). To try it, I ran the 'friesian_tidal_inlet' flow tutorial. Everything went smooth, set the mdf file, and pressed "start" in the hydrodyamics module. The program ran correctly, no errors no warnings.
Then I tried to use GPP as sugested in the tutorial, but the graphs are empty. What strikes my is that the axis of the time plots show correctly the time frame of the run, but when I export to a text file the different datasets, it only writes the first time interval.
I would appreciate any help on this issue to understand what is the problem. I spent some time on this and did not get anywhere!
On the other hand, I ran the same example as it was boxed from the original folder, and I can see the graphs correctly.
I attached the mdf file I processed, and a couple of files that I think may help to understand the problem. Many thanks in advance!
