&lt;p&gt;I still don't know what the problem was, but an update of the version

    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;That is very strange if that happens. In wrwaq.F90, the writing of
  the tem-file is switched on/off by the same jatem that switches on/off
  temperature in FM HD itself. Is there a tem-file mentioned in the
  hyd-file? Are you sure the temperature model is switched on in FM?&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

  am outputting the all the .hyd files to run a DELWAQ model. However
  there is no .tem file generated. All the other .hyd files are
  generated. Is this a bug? Has anyone had any luck with outputting .tem
  files from an FM model?&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
