Error importing project file

Dear Deltares,

I have installed Delft3D FM 2016, but I can't use it. I keep bumping into the same error when I try to load a project or import, but I don't know what it means. My colleague does not experience this problem, when working with the same project files.
Do you have experience with this type of error?
