The xyz file seems not to be plotted in accordance with our grid area

Good Day! We would like to ask a question with regard to dealing with the software Delft3D Flow. I hope you we're able to help us and make our study more explicit in its scope. So we have this reference that we got from youtube, and it's very useful for us though it does not have audio. And currently, we're okay with simulating not until we encounter this trouble in using the QUICKIN part in the Delft3D. Well, the xyz file seems not to be plotted in accordance with our grid area. As in the reference video, the xyz file plot very accurately in its grid area. May we know what might error we did in having this issue? Kindly go to 12:07, as we're in that part.
