    <summary type="html">I am using the Windows GUI to prepare input files but I want to run the simulations on linux because I have access to better computational resources. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How do I prepare my files from the Windows GUI for linux simulation? Is there an easy way to generate all necessary files for linux i.e., all config files and bash scripts necessary. </summary>
