Unfortunately, after uninstalling MCR 8.2, reinstalling .NET 3.5, and reinstalling MCR 8.2, I still get this same error when trying to launch Quickplot

MATLAB MCR 8.2 is compatible with Windows 10. Try to activate .Net Framework 3.5  (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) in Windows Features before installation MCR 8.2.

When I try to launch QUICKPLOT, I get the error "mclmcr initialization failed". Some internet searching has shown that MATLAB MCR 8.2 may be incompatible with Windows 10? Can I use a more recent MCR version, or is there another way to fix this issue? Thank you.
