<p>Hi Siddhi,</p> <p>The string &quot;getucrtdir&quot; is executed in a separate process to detect the location/name of the ucrt directory, see line 467 in the prepare_sln.py script. It seems that the VisualStudio behaviour is changed in VS2017. I don't expect that the change in &quot;working directory&quot; causes the problem. Hello, <br /><br />I am trying to compile the latest trunk version of Delft 3D on Windows 10 and have the following prerequisites installed. Unfortunately I am having trouble generating the python file after running prepare_sln python file (screen shot attached with Command line error). Hence I am unable to generate the python file delft3d_open.sln<br /><br />Subversion (download successful)<br />Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 with C++ Compilers<br />Intel FORTRAN compiler 18<br />(Intel Parallel Studio XE 2018 Update 2 Composer Edition for Fortran Windows* Integration for Microsoft Visual Studio* 2017, Version 18.0.0038.15)<br />Python<br /><br />It says that the the newest version are still to be tested? However I am having problems obtaining older versions. Please would you be able to recommend the next step to proceed.
