<p>Hi All, im having troubles compiling Delft3D<br /> First, making</p> <p>CFLAGS='-O2' CXXFLAGS='-O2' FFLAGS='-O2' FCFLAGS='-O2' ./configure --prefix=/home/jmuchiut/Delft3d --with-netcdf --with-mpi --with-metis --with-petsc</p> <p>Didn't find metis.h, even with METIS_LIBS and METIS_CFLAGS defined.
