  Visual Studio 2015 and Intel Parallel Studio XE 2019. While compiling,

  'v141') cannot be found. To build using the v141 build tools, please

&lt;p&gt;Check that you compile only project at the time: In VisualStudio,
  menu -&amp;gt; Tools -&amp;gt; Options -&amp;gt; Projects and Solutions -&amp;gt;
  Build and Run, set the &amp;quot;maximum number of parallel project
  builds&amp;quot; to 1.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also check that all the memory in your machine is being used by the
  compilation by looking to the Microsoft task manager while compiling.
  If that is the case, you have to extend the memory. The
  easiest/fastest solution is to physically plug additonal RAM memory
  into your machine. A cheaper/slower solution might be to increase the
  size of the Windows Paging file, see for example &lt;a
    href="https://oss.deltares.nl/web/delft3d/coast-/-estuary/-/message_boards/message/1991671#_com_liferay_message_boards_web_portlet_MBPortlet_message_1991671"&gt;this site&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

    <summary type="html">Hello,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am using Windows 10, Visual studio 2010, Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015, and revision 7426.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When compiling I get the error: &amp;#34;LINK: Fatal error LNK: cannot open input file &amp;#39;...\io\lib\Release\io.lib&amp;#39;, and after investigation there is no such file in the directory. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have tried following the instructions in the FAQ with a similar error, but this did not help (although I am not 100% sure that I am using the correct name of the environment parameter), as well as re-downloading the files.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any help would be appreciated,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks.</summary>
