<p>About your compilation problem: The tab named "Output"
contains more information than the tab "Error List". Looking
at the error list: the link error "cannot open io.lib" is
serious. It seems that your compilation failed. The run errors are a
result of that. Does the information on <a
href="https://oss.deltares.nl/web/delft3d/source-code">this page</a>
help you?</p>

I'm still running into the problems in the attached image(errp) during compilation.
