<p>Hello,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am having some trouble will the installation process of the GUI.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a link for the FTP page. After I log in and click on the &lt;Install-Shield.exe&gt; it comes up with an error message saying: &quot;cannot find installshield.xml or file is empty&quot; and comes up with a blank box as shown in the screenshots I have attached.
