    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;Dear everyone,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I want to simulate tidal propagation at my domain that has three open
  boundaries. I want to use water level boundary for north boundary and
  Neumann BC for the west and east boundary. But I don't know how to
  specify the gradient of waterlevel. I have tried to set the gradient
  time series as 0, but in cophase plot, it doesn't show propagation.
  Would you please give some advice and may be the example of
  calculation Neumann BC based on offshore forcing. Thanks a lot.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
