Hi,
The User Manual states in Table 9.2, that the sub-grid scale (SGS) horizontal eddy viscosity \nu_SGS is "-" if HLES is not used. Regarding the sub-grid scale horizontal eddy diffusivity, Table 9.3 says that D_SGS is 0 when HLES is not used. My confusion is: what happens with \nu_SGS when I do not use HLES? Does "-" in Table 9.2 mean that it is just 0?
The question might sound trivial, but it would be great to get feedback.

The User Manual states in Table 9.2, that the sub-grid scale (SGS) horizontal eddy viscosity \nu_SGS is "-" if HLES is not used. Regarding the sub-grid scale horizontal eddy diffusivity, Table 9.3 says that D_SGS is 0 when HLES is not used. My confusion is: what happens with \nu_SGS when I do not use HLES?
