I need to compile Delft3d version 4.00.01.
When accessing the Readme file, Visual Studio 2008 and Intel fortran 11 are recommended. I need to do it for Windows 10.

However, for Fortran, to download from the intel website, you need a license and other information that I got that is already obsolete, that is, there are great chances of not having the version on the intel website.
Does anyone have the compiled version of Delft3D or could you provide me with intel fortran 11 or 11.1?
