Trachytopes and time varied roughness

I am using trachytopes (formula 105) to simulate sediment transport (including morphology update) in a sand bed river where dunes are present. I tested different bedload formulas such as Van Rijn, Engelund-Hansen and Meyer-Peter-Muller (with and without trachytopes).
The Flow User Manual states that at every time step the trachytopes are converted into a representative bed roughness. After the simulations, I would like to inspect the updated roughness values at different time steps, but I don't know if that is possible.
The best I got was opening the 'com' file in QuickPlot and plotting space varied 'u roughness Manning n', but there is only one corresponding time step (I imagine it is the last time step). Does anyone have an idea about how can I check the "time-space" varied roughness values?
