Thatcher-Harleman time lag in WAQ

Hi,
I have used the value of -1 min for the Thatcher-Harleman time lag boundary condition in FLOW because I want a zero gradient at the boundaries. Now I would like to set up the same boundary condition in WAQ. How can I do that (here the format for time lag has to be hh mm ss)?
Thanks,
Amelia
