Delft3D FM spatially varying meteo data

I'm working on model which needs spatially varying time series of meteorological data, i.e. a composite temperature model. I'm struggling to get the input of data working. The data would be relative humidity, air temperature and cloudiness, and the user manual suggests the use of .hac-files, but it doesn't open up the format. Could someone give an example of a working .hac-file, or any other working method to supply spatial meteorological data.
Best regards,
Henrik

To be more accurate: When I try to guess what it should look like, making a .hac-file and a separate grid in a .grd-file, I get the following error:
forrtl: severe (59): list-directed I/O syntax error, unit -154, file gridfile.grd
